 Salutations, soon to be and already new families!
My name is Heidi, I am a mother of 4 and am a Postpartum Doula in Training.
I would like to offer my services to you and your family in this time of transition. I understand the major changes that come along with adding a new member to your family:-) My children are 12, 6, 4, and 1! It is a beautiful and important time...but not always easy.
I can offer support during pregnancy and the postpartum period, including information on basic baby care and resources, basic breastfeeding information and resources, planning for baby and birth, sibling preparation, sibling care, etc. I can also provide (after the birth), sibling care, light housework, some meal preparation, baby holding:-) some tricks of the trade, and more!
My hours are flexible, and my rates are reasonable.
